Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Integrated Pool Products USA ships all products via UPS, USPS and selected Couriers.
  • All items ship in the following possible Ground Service shipping pickup, following receiving an order.
  • All items shipped have full tracking. The Tracking number is sent via email to the customer after the label is printed.
  • Our website provides FREE DELIVERY on every item using Ground Delivery Service.

Returns Policy

Integrated Pool Products does have a return policy. Should our customers have a problem with one of our products, after investigation the product will be replaced with a new one. Should a customer have operating or assembly challenges, then our support team will assist to identify the problem and offer advice to resolve.

There is a comprehensive list of troubleshooting guides available on our website under the troubleshooting section. There is also assembly video links available explaining the correct method of setting up our products.

It is expected that our products are not to be returned, until our support team has first had the opportunity to communicate and work with the customer to solve the problem/s.

Should a return be necessary, it is to be under the following conditions :

  1. Returned within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Returned in a satisfactory condition and original packaging.
  3. IPP will deduct a 25% restocking fee.
  4. The customer pays the return postage to the IPP premises.
